Auric, ZSUN's 10sb did not even mention the Investment banking firm Bryant Cragun is a principal of. It did not even mention the huge investment he has , or had in Titan motorcycle. Since New Age Publishing received the 60,000 shares of restricted stock and $250,000 of motorcycles this relationship should have been disclosed in their 10sb. And what about those bunnies Francois keeps on mentioning?
