PHV-T...the NR is a perfect example of how far down the ladder the equity holders are in a bankrupt company..."existing shareholders will receive 2% of the shares of the restructured company" PHNPITG edit...I am surprised that the stock has not sold off more

Am not defending CSW, but don't think they are causing your problems....it's just the vagarities of the internet....for example, yesterday I had a problem (my ISP is @Home) with a router out of Chicago....it was only momentary but it caused my RT ticker to loose communications and then re-establish them....this of course takes time, and may be only apparent to you when you see your MD screens all turn yellow... Just my two cents worth but I couldn't justify the extra cost of installing a dedicated line just to resolve the internet problem.... Sapper
