Tito,

At a BtB of 1.08, backlog has still been increased by more than $110M.
At current billing rates of about $1.4B to $1.5B monthly, a BtB of about 1.04 or even parity is more consistent with meeting customer desired lead times.

Much greater than that and those companies which are unable to deliver will lose market share.

As an example, look at the advanced DUV lithography scanner technology. As ASML, CANNY and Nikon take their lead times to 1 year and more, my favourite underperformer (SVGI) looks like it's about to take a bit of share.

JMHO,
Ian.
