Greg H2O: I just got in!! I said: I had a different opinion of the "DESIGNED TYPE RUSSIAN REACTOR POWER PLANT" not their inspection program. HELL we in this country would never allow a Nuclear power plant to be built without a "CONTAIMENT SHELL" around it as the Russian did at CHernobyl. Man, wake up, in that disaster the operator bypassed all of the "Prohibit Safety Interlocks" which could have prevented that disaster. However, once it was triggered there wasn't anything (no containment) to keep it from spreading to the Countryside. BTW: TELL your friend that I said that he better check he's facts about inspections cause he is dead A## wrong.
