Zev, the downgrade is a good contrarian indicator imo.

I don't think anyone expects Hec to trade under a buck anytime soon even with tax selling which I believe most institutions have already done.

Hec's probably as far away from chapter 11 imo as they've ever been.
The IMF loan was 55 million.

Anyone here know what Harken's current quarterly burn rate is? It might not take many dry holes to burn through their cash cushion. JMHO.
