4Front Technologies, Inc. and Daewoo Corporation Sign Major New
Customer Service and Help-Desk Contract; Contract Expected To Be Worth
$3.25 Million Annually

LONDON, Oct 7, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- 4Front Technologies, Inc.
("4Front") (Nasdaq NM:FFTI)(EASDAQ:FFTI) today announced that it has
signed a major new UK customer service and help-desk contract with
Daewoo Corporation of Korea, a leading international industrial concern
with major manufacturing and trading operations throughout the world.

The contract is expected to be worth at least $3.25 million to 4Front
during its initial one-year term.

In the UK, Daewoo markets a range of products, including its own brand
of computer equipment. Under its contract with Daewoo, 4Front will
provide comprehensive customer support and help-desk services to Daewoo
computer customers. Services will include both software and hardware
support and will be provided to Daewoo customers throughout the United
Kingdom.
