G.Moore, The sale of 1BB for 156 was before handset division sale was decided according to recent press releases. Qcom is now generating cash and may be entering into the same growth stage as MSFT where cash generated outstrips need for funds. Don't get me wrong, I am not predicting a share buy back but speculating because qcom only asked to increase shares outstanding to 300 million.
