nope nada none! But I think they changed things from the booklet I got, in that they were going to sell 3 mil or so shares to the public, 5 mil for insiders at 1/2 the ipo price of 5 which is already set a 2 something, so if it ipo's @ 20 they still get it at 2 something and neta gets the rest out of the 11 mil or so.. I used the booklet to make a nice fire so dont remember exactly all the things, but this is a great long term shorting opertunity for the smart ones. of course I aint smart.. but looking to sell if it can pop to 24 or so. Buy companies which look out for shareholder intrest, be that employees, stock holders or customers. Not companies that are out on a ego trip to make a quick buck.
