The new CIBC NASDAQ Index RRSP Fund, CIBC Japanese Index RRSP Fund, and CIBC European Index RRSP Fund add foreign content to an investment portfolio without dipping into the 20 per cent foreign content allowance, by using derivatives to mirror the index. the above is a snippet from the link i just posted...its common around here to sneer at canadian markets,,,we just have junk like paper, nickel, gold, oil, pure junk... canadians whine about being limited to 20 % foreign content...this law may save many from disaster, however they are presented ways to get around the 20 % limit with products like the above me thinks they will be sorry they whined about the 20 % ike
