Arnold... IPM is what is (was) known as one of many "Desert Dirt" "DD" companies. These companies believe they have found untold gold riches in desert dirt! They are a specialty group of companies who have been (Scamming might be a bit harsh and mismanagement might be a bit to easy so I will call it a "Sting") stigging investors for many many years. There is money to be made, but you have to know the game cause IPM did go to $14US at one time.
Best to leave these alone unless you have a good stomach, deep pocket book and lots of time to understand the players.
A quick study would be to read the IPM posts in and around the time it went from $5 to $1, especially the long posts placed by the so called "naysayers". regards
