<<Is the company out of the "quiet" period?>> In theory, yes....but I wonder if they ever have left 'the quiet period.' In almost 6 months as a public company NETP's management still has not made it on CNBC. They also have next to no coverage in the business and investing magazines / newspapers (like BusinessWeek, Fortune, Forbes, Red Herring, Upside, Money, Investors Business Daily, and The Wall Street Journal).....Look at firms like AGIL and RBAK -- they have already been reviewed in publications like IBD and Money. They also have been on CNBC and speaking out to institutional investors. IMO, NETP is a good company but it's flying in stealth mode. They are in a new market and need to aggressively speak out about the value of their products and services. I am a former investor but I feel that I was more than patient with this company. I held onto a big block of shares for months and months and really generated no substantial return. Yesterday (at $17 I sold the last of my shares). Fortunately, many of my other investments are doing well. I decided to eliminate my margin balance and become debt free. NETP does not have the support that I had hoped for going into October (it's still below the price where it hit the public market....trades on low volume....has underwriters that very rarely speak out in a substantial way). Life is a series of compromises....I decided to sell what I felt was my weakest stock. NETP has great technology and is in an important area. I hope long term investors do well. This actually may be a better stock to trade. Good Luck Investing. Best Regards, Scott
