This just released:

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSM:news, msgs) said its mask-making shop is up and running, it is pressuring its purified water lines used
to wash chips and it was able to ship wafers already at the end of the production process. The two big aftershocks that rocked the island nation didn't hurt the foundries. The company still hopes to regain full production capacity one
week after it gets full power, which is expected as
early as tomorrow.

"We don't have full power, but we have enough to allow us to start testing equipment on a rotating basis," said TSMC spokesman Chuck Byers.
