Anyone know if LSI still has a stake in BRCD and if so how much? Thanks in advance.

BROCADE early investors include Bay Partners; Crosspoint Venture Partners; JAFCO America Ventures, Inc.; Mohr, Davidow Ventures; Weiss, Peck & Greer Venture Partners; Norwest Venture Capital; Imperial Bank; LSI Logic; Andreas Bechtolsheim; and Bill Joy. The Company completed its initial public offering on May 25, 1999 in which the Company raised approximately $65 million. The Company shares are listed on the Nasdaq National Market under the ticker symbol BRCD. The Company has in excess of $70 million in cash.

But if SUNW could look beyond its blood ties, maybe Metastor will too?(eventually?)

This IBM move is going along the arrow of time that points toward the next-next-generation network we discussed before. Tell, please, if it doesn't.
