Calvin, the Gateway story is B.S. coming from the losers at Merrill Lynchmob. If you read the whole story they actually RAISED their earnings expectations for Gateway but warned they had better achieve the higher earnings or the stock could drop. cbs.marketwatch.com Gutless worms preparing for political office. Analysts must be consuming too much lead in their diet. Pat

DELL assembles team to assess Taiwan damage, from CBS MarketWatch this morning: Dell Computer Corp. (DELL: news, msgs) said it has assembled a team to assess the damage of the Taiwan quake and its impact on the company. Dell outsources the manufacturing of everything from notebook computers to individual chips to Taiwanese companies, according to a spokesman for the Round Rock, Texas-based computer maker.

Calvin, Looks like Tuna-boy (Steve Fortuna)is at it again. Merril should make sure their analysts are out of puberty before they give them real responsibility. This is the same cluck who bad-mouthed DELL before they had a blowout earnings report, and then didn't have the spinal fortitude to change his forecasts. Unfortunately, when guys like that speak about a major player like MOOWAY, they take down the sector. Fez
