Zeev,

Mark a two syllables word is a big word?

OK Maybe I should have said "..a word that is in a state of desuetude"

Not big, but certainly obscure. It isn't even in my dictionary, though it does include what is presumably a related word, chiasma, a fusion and exchange of segments of chromatids between members of a bivalent during meiosis. <VBG>

Actually, it's 3 syllables, Zeev. Chi-as-mus.

PS A little Taiwan update. Most of the fabs I have been in contact with are essentially undamaged at the large scale. Lots of lasers broke and optics needing alignment, but few new tool orders indicated. The poor service guys are not going to get any rest for weeks!
