Michael,

First, congratulations on your profit. I would like to point out something, however. If I remember correctly, Bill recommended shoring REFR at 12 1/2. At the time, the stock was in the midst of a rally and resistance was unclear. It subsequently traded as high as 13 1/2. If one uses that as your risk point, you were down $1 per share at one time and made $1 per share. This is a risk of 1:1.

I point this out not to insult you or take away from the pleasure of your profit, but to show a fundamental difference in how Bill and I see the market. I would not put on a trade that I thought had a 1:1 risk to reward, and I definitely would not put on a trade that I thought had 5 to 10 points of upside and 1 to 2 points of downside.
