Not really, but I'll give it a shot.

Sorry CK, that may have sounded sarcastic, but it was intended as dark humour.

For starters, I will admit to having been curious about when the GLT will have to place land in trust with the DOI. I thought that having knowledge of that date might help us understand the pace of the negotiations.

Now we have some of the legal documents. These are the public documents, and of course, there are many more documents still in the hands of the lawyers. I don't think any of these documents were intended to be part of a public discussion on permanent record. Putting those documents out here opens the door for anyone to come along and steer the conversation towards matters which could become part of, or influence, the legal proceedings.

We know this conversation is being monitored by all parties in the litigation. We know the litigation involves powerful interests with a lot of money at stake.

Now we see direct evidence that parties who clearly intend to damage Sungold are participating in the conversation.

I believe it's time to reconsider the publication of those documents, and also to consider carefully where we take this conversation from here.
