Sure, all those new capabilities are great, but who can say for certain when industry/economic conditions will get to the point where they are all needed in order to meet demand?

I agree. Recently Morgan came out with projections of a $53B industry by 2003. If AMAT holds their share of the market(33%) and a PSR of 5, and 53B is reached, we are looking at a price of $228/share(assuming 385M shares) sometime before 2003.
