"inflated" implies, to me, that the P/E's are higher than they should be. Inflated and over-valued are synonymous terms, IMO.

Remember though, firm values are simply the sum of ALL future discounted cash flows. NOT just one future quarter. The Taiwan disruption MAY marginally effect Q4 earnings - that's it. CUBE's value is also made-up of Q5, Q6, Q7........to infinity theoretically.
