Bat phone rang;...the word is this:

TSMC does a good part of CUBe chip biz, please note chip biz is 50% or less of total revenues. UMC does some too, TMSC has fab in NW USA as well (packing?) and 10-17% of CUBe's TSMC biz is done there. They are talking to other US and Japan foundries...expect no impact on Q3, not able to forecast Q4 at this point.
