The GSTRF CEO was interviewed by Bloomberg radio yesterday.

These are notes taken from the broadcast interview.

Points:

-pricing will be "$1-2 per minute" worldwide with the
specific price points left to the SP's

-roaming price will "probably" be under $3/min worldwide

-lots of discussion about remote users in the mining
and agriculture bus of Brazil being prospects

-He reiterated their projection of 1MM subs ww by 12/00,
200K subs in Brazil by 12/02 and expects that Brazil will sign up 2500-4000 subs in first month of service.

-He also said the $600MM revenue estimate for next
year looks realistic and said they "clearly expect" to
be profitable in Q4/00 or Q1/01.

-When asked if additional financing would be needed he replied
"absolutely not"

-Thought the renaming of the Airtouch subsidiary
yesterday was interesting.
