I'll buy the beer, you pick the place. As for insider information, let me tell you who are the worst at keeping a secret..... BANKS and FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS.... they tell everyone. And nothing travels faster than a stock tip. Most alleged insider information is inaccurate because only a few (maybe 3 people) will really know the time, place and price of a buyout. They will sign non-disclosure, death penalty, bamboo under the fingernails if they blab documents. Look forward to the discussion.
