That's NC, not NJ. I'm sure that that isn't really good for the situation, but based on previous experience w/hurricanes, that gets cleaned up damn fast.
In NJ, we had some water problems, but mostly pumping problems for clean water. Of course, the "warnings" were out. I drank quite a bit of it. No problem. It may not have been as healthy for sick, aged people....but I'm sure it wasn't too bad, either.

Real problem in NJ is flood damage. Then again, anyone who bought into the flood plain was asking for trouble, IMHO.
