It is totally inappropriate for the present of a company commenting on the overall market being overvalued. His job is running a company, not trying to value the stock market. If he wants to be a market analyst, he should quit his job and join Wall Street. If the purpose is to talk the stock down so they can buy to meet stock option requirements, then that is really pathetic!
