<<As long as the true venture capitalists are hanging with the concept I will too just to see how it all plays out.>>

Steve: Remember the Venture Backers for NETP got their shares for a fraction of the IPO price. They will generate a decent return no matter what happens. Yet, IMO the Venture Backers could have done much more to support this company. I feel they are not in the same league as Benchmark Capital, Kleiner Perkins, Sequoia Capital or CMGI. The VC firms I have mentioned make sure the companies they incubate aggressively market themselves to ALL stakeholders. They also use the leading underwriters to support their IPOs. They have successfully launched firms that lead their fields like ARBA, EBAY, EELN, CSCO, KANA, RHAT, JNPR, YHOO and others....

I know that Paul Allen's Vulcan Ventures owns about 10% of the company BUT I feel his VC firm could have become a more active investor. It's not like they're running out of capital <G>.

Oh well, NETP has some tremendous technology and a portfolio of excellent customers. I hope the market discovers them and is willing to give this company a ' fair valuation '.

Good Luck Investing.

Best Regards,

Scott
