Oooo-oooo, I know the answer to that one. Or I did. But I posted it, and then I forgot it. It's the World something-or-other of meteorologists, they get together and pick names from all nationalities that hurricanes are likely to hit so no one feels left out. By the names, I mean, everyone would rather the hurricane left them out.

Ever notice that there's never a Hurricane Sue or William or
Vanna or Rodney? Every year the last storm's name is around
the middle of the alphabet, like Jason or Kristi.

Looks like a classic case of Front End Alpha Bias.
