I just added US West DSL today at $48/month, including ISP. This includes a free Cisco 605 modem and a waiver of start up fee. I'm up and running! I also understand that US West is already promoting a new $19.95 package which will drop $10 more off the monthly cost.

I'm using the DSL on my fax line, until I drop it because I'm using a free fax e-mail service now too. Communications is changing faster than I can keep up with and my bills are coming down!
