It looks like it. (ATMS) There are some buy-out rumors. Who knows until it is fact, but I was a buyer on the last dump to the 1.50 area, and got some today too. Here is a good example of why I like the small stuff, once they base, they don't go any lower, (usually) so all you have to do is buy and wait.
