I sold some more of my AOL (ah that dream is slowly dying) and shorted it instead....did both at 90 1/2..
But as to buying more options....
some of mine are now in the red....do you believe in selling them in a shaky market to take a profit (could have this morning) and then buying them back at a correction...or just holding on and then buying more at the correction.
Also how about exercising vs selling and putting the profit into more....as in Leaps....what do you think...a way to accumulate more Q shares or smarter to continue accessing the upward movement of more shares via the calls or Leaps...or is the answer to this question way too long and/or specific to the situation?
