I passed on IIJI today Mark and bought some comm companies instead... IIJI being an ADR (I think) was not effected by the mkt decline... kinda wish I hadn't bought today but I was thinking we'd see an uptick towards then end and that didn't happen did it. Still, I can't figure out what caused the decline. I will be looking at IIJI in the near future though, 3 billion mkt cap pretty good, I think there is potential there but I can't tell what they have in their portfolio.
