You want to buy BRCD at this price ... you sure have lot of guts.
I am currently short (500 shares ) and expect to cover Monday
when it gaps down another 10 points.
That said,BRCD can go down to 150 easily next month, look what
happens to CMTN ,EFNT,EXTR,ZOOX,RTHM,JNPR,etc.
If someone like CSCO or Lucent gets into the SAN market, look out
below another 50 points, not to mention the market is in a downward
spiral.Prediction: tomorrow gap up to 225 but finish the day at
215 and Monday it will be 205.Your guess is as good as mine.

SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. (BROCADE©) (Nasdaq: BRCD - news), a leading supplier of Fibre Channel fabric solutions for Storage Area Networking, announced today that its Board of Directors will call a special meeting of its stockholders. The purpose of the special meeting is to seek stockholder approval to increase the number of its authorized shares of Common Stock. The Company expects that the special meeting will be held on or around November 3, 1999. Upon the increase in the authorized shares, the Board will set the record date for the stock dividend with the intention that shares will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis in early December, 1999.
