PAYP other than just liking the symbol, LOL, I have a buddy here who knows someone at the company. They are local, Aldergrove, BC, he's waiting for call back from the CEO now.

I think he'll start a new thread, or reactivate the old one soon as he has some DD to post.

Name has changed of course, and I think they are looking to change the symbol as well.

Last July news:

ALDERGROVE, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 23, 1999-- Daryl Desjardins, president
of Pay Pop, Inc. (OTC BB:PAYP), announced today that the shareholders and board of directors
approved a corporate name change from Pay Pop, Inc., to Delecom Communications Ltd.

Toward this end the company is amending its articles of incorporation in Nevada to accomplish this name
change, and new share certificates will be issued with the new company name and cusip number. A new
trading symbol will also be obtained. In addition, Desjardins said there are in excess of 25,000,000
shares of pre-reversed common shares which have yet to be surrendered to the transfer agent. He advises
shareholders holding pre-reversed shares to send them to CIBC Mellon Global Securities Services
Company to the attention of, Alnoor Jiwan at, 1177 West Hastings, Mall Level, Vancouver, BC Canada
V6E2K3.
