ESST earnings will beat even the whisper number. They are having a great year! Taiwan earthquake will be forgotten by the end of next week.

Some points to ponder.

1. In 1995 ESST earned .79 and traded from about 18. to 40.
dollars a share.

2. In 1996 ESST earned .52 and traded from about 10. to 30.
dollars a share.

3. This year earnings are projected at .80, and the stock
has touched 16. That is a PE of around 16 for 1999. Next
year, IMO, one full dollar looks about right, if so that is
a forward PE of about 13.

4. ESST should grow at about 25 % a year for the next few
years. So you have a growth stock in the early stages of
a multi-year up cycle trading at about (HALF) of it's growth
rate.

People think that markets are efficient, but with the
advent of day traders and the fear factor, they often
times are not. I am just trying to put things in perspective
here, because ESST is not over priced like most of the
semi's are. If they execute their business plan then we will
all be happy campers within a few months.

Take care out there
