Thanks Ganesh. I concede that I may have butt into a discussion when I should not have - but I saw the words "new economy" and I could only interpret them to mean one thing. So, my apologies to Robert, John and others if I have been way off topic with my last few posts.

However, in regard to why market advances have been limited to the narrow breadth of tech: I believe the techs - including the traditional techs (MSFT, INTC, IBM, etc), the internets, the infrastructure stocks and the b2b stocks - have done so much better than other stocks for the simple reason that they have been easier to hype and sell by the investment banks. It's a momentum play - if everyone buys the same thing, it will continue to go up - that is, to a certain point.

Thanks,
-Eric
