Phil I also think there is overreaction to the quake. Not to say that the quake was not a serious one but I think the damage to tech buildings was not as bad as some bldgs in the cities. I also think the gov't will push to get these facilities back online as quickly as possible due to their importance to the country's revenue base. Nuke power facilities have been turned back on so there is some power flowing. However the gov't is saying they will not be at full power until Sunday. ted
