Why do you think INTU's CEO resignation will drive stock down? News came out after market i assume. Don't see it as a fundamental factor. oops: just read this:

AFTER THE BELL - Intuit drops after CEO resigns

NEW YORK, Sept 23 (Reuters) - Shares of Intuit Inc. (Nasdaq:INTU - news) slid about four percent
in U.S. after-hours trading after the top maker of personal finance software said its chief executive
resigned and would be replaced in the interim by the chairman, traders said.

Intuit fell 4-1/16 to 96-1/2 after closing down 2-11/16 to 100-9/16 during the regular session. Chairman Bill Campbell was named acting
CEO, the company said.
