IF dear ole GSCO didn't do their DD, they better get off their high horse, cause they would be hit by a class action as well. I think there is probably a mistake. Racer hasn't brought any more info. He probably read or spoke to a short. Fred

Forget GSCO, the number of deals they have done of late make me wonder if they do any dd at all and may be money is their only motive. FLWS had some strong buzz on it and I can understand them pricing it @21. But pricing 6+ mln shares of ASFD @ 13 is beyond comprehension as e-tailers are out of vogue now. No wonder most of their institutional clients may have sold at the open. Still you can depend on the VC's to some extent to have done some worthwhile dd. -Srini
