I2: Summers was on the tube last night. And he was giving his strong dollar line in a joking manner to a laughing audience. If he thinks this is all a joke, what should the market think? Summers is complacent about this whole deal. Hey, Larry, time to call Robert for some advice. I miss Rubin too. But, hey, Abby said that this strong yen was no big deal. So why worry <g>?

Apparently a tech/chip analyst was interviewed yesterday and stated that he thought that the loss/delay in the Taiwan chip supply would be greater than the 6 to 8 % that some analysts were touting.

Don't remember his name - but I think he was with one of the larger brokerages?
