Well, I don't know a thing about it, but if it was oversubscribed, that would be good. The degree of oversubscription is important.

Internet Service Providers are facing a few hard years ahead. The trend is to provide Internet Access for free. NetZero, WorldSpy, and others, are showing the way. (The rumor is Microsoft will offer it soon, too) In a couple of years more than half of households will access the web for free. (BTW, this is one of the reasons AOL is not doing too well of late. I personally think AOL will prevail, but the market is punishing it just in case)

ISP's need to change their money making model fast to adapt to changing times. Some are going heavily into site design, others are trying to create portals/communities.

Neither model looks too profitable to me. (BWDIK?)

If I were to have to make a decision, I'd look into the qualifications of Management. All these start-ups ultimately live and die by their Management skills and competence.

Of course, evaluating management "a-priori" is a crap shot.

These are only some pointers, the final decision is ALL YOURS. :>

Good luck,

theRedDog.
