Did his age play into this decision? Woll is as much a part of this fraud as the other players. To falsify audited financial statements requires enforcement action to send a message to others that the consequences shall be severe. This does not do so. He was very close to Zayed...check the Rolls Royce. The order instituting the proceedings (Order) bars Woll from (i) participating in any offering of penny stock, and (ii) appearing or practicing before the Commission as an accountant
