Strictly a matter a diameter bucko. If we're talking occasional spurious sporeflecks in an otherwise pleasingly muddy brown arabica surface, it's certainly not worth the effort. On the other hand, if muddy brown constitutes only narrow channels and inlets between the green islands, best to just bite the bullet and ladle. Oh. And the lighter the green, the more likely we are talking major toxicity here. Dark green a piece a cake.
