You might allow him to "sub-contract" out the cleaning (still hold him responsible for the results)..teaches him to realize how hard it is to get what you pay for when you dealin with the real world and at this stage,he gets a big "boost" in attitude ...from lowly menial task kid. to big boss dude////worked with my son...he never understood what "clean" meant!! but he got soom major results out of HIS hired help......2 grandkids for me.. not in that order, but he did learn to respect (particularily)females who looked good..and cleaned good tooo/// found a great one using those standards,4 yrs later!
