I doubt the African... Well who knows. Not a move is done without wanting something back. Hillary gave a speech about AIDS in Africa. Over 50% of the people with aids in Africa are women. That makes it a woman's issue. She doesn't mention most are whores. That would make it a whore issue and not as popular.
