Looks like many of the insiders got out in the mid 80's recently. I guess fair value to be around $45. I bet MSFT tanks more tomorrow.

I guess you don't really follow the insider trading patterns in MSFT. Basically, one just ignores it. Certainly a meaningless indicator in this company.

Tanking tomorrow? That would be very interesting.

Tom, I will make you this guarantee: In the event MSFT does, in the future, trade at $45, your estimation of its fair value will have declined by a roughly proportional amount, to $25 give or take $5.
