Thanks Richard.I would like to find out if Daphne, Downing, Sahlin, Coombs and Gardner hold any shares of the company. I'll have to dig out the latest filings and proxies from the last AGM to see what they were holding last April. Where do they stand with their own money? What's left of it anyway. The link you provided appear to be individuals removing their legend from their private placement shares. I'm looking to see if management increased or decreased their personal positions since the AGM. Reportable transactions in the open market. I have always watched open market transactions, purchases and sales, by management, as a key indicator of their confidence or concern about a particular company. As a public company the directors holdings are on file somewhere. I'll check with the British Columbia Securities Commission and see if they can help. The info could be held with the OTC-BB folks. Any link to current insider holdings would be appreciated. Max
