On a tree high in the mountains of the rain forest in central Borneo, I found this:

OTCBB: TRKN
Share information:
O/S: 94M
Public Float: 44M

Trikon Technologies is and has been for years a fully reporting company. The stock came by way of a technical scan and a rumor which I won't mention. I think the company has enough going for it without any rumors. The stock has a big float, but then so does many OTCBB stocks which have moved higher and higher over time. Obviously this is not a traders stock but a longer term hold.... Although real volume will pop the stock .08 to .10...

The company earned +.02 last quarter.

Latest 10Q filed by the company: sec.gov

Overview:

Trikon Technologies, Inc. (Trikon) (OTC-BB: TRKN) provides a broad line of advanced manufacturing systems that are used for three major processing steps in the manufacture of a semiconductor device: Etch, Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), and Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD). The Company's corporate headquarters and main manufacturing site are located in Newport, South Wales, United Kingdom.

Trikon operates worldwide through wholly owned subsidiaries in the U.K., U.S.A., Japan, Germany, France, and South Korea.

From the last NR:

" NEWPORT, Wales, United Kingdom September 13, 1999 --Trikon Technologies Inc. (OTC-BB:TRKN) announced today that they had received orders for systems from a major US corporation covering three technologies: PVD, CVD and plasma etch . These will be used in a facility making high frequency devices for wireless communications.

"These orders are significant to Trikon" commented Scott Brown, VP of North American Sales, "as they are a new customer for us and these orders confirm our ability to excel across three interconnect technologies; metal and dielectric deposition and plasma etching. We demonstrated integration advantages and cost savings of using our three technologies together, as well as the benefits of our local service and support."

" Wireless devices are the fastest growing semiconductor segment due to the rapid take up of mobile phones and inclusion of wireless capability in consumer electronics products."

Trikon provides a broad line of advanced manufacturing systems used for three of the major processing steps in semiconductor manufacture: physical vapor deposition (PVD), chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and plasma etch. Trikon's corporate headquarters and main manufacturing site are located in Newport, South Wales, United Kingdom with sales and service offices in the USA, Asia and Europe."

Other odds and ends: Some insiders sold stock on last runup (.47)? small amounts when compared to what they are still holding.

Trikon has a lot of information available at their web site: trikon.com./index.htm

This is not a recommendation to buy the stock? please do your own DD and make your own decisions?

Tom

Intelliquis International Year 2000 Technology to be Featured on a CBS
Evening News with Dan Rather Segment

SALT LAKE CITY, Sep 23, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Intelliquis
International Inc. (OTC BB: INTQ), a premier provider of personal
computer and Internet software, today announced its year 2000
technology, through original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Millennium 2K
Solutions, will be featured on a CBS Evening News with Dan Rather
segment airing Friday, Sept. 24, 1999, at 6 p.m. Mountain time.

The segment will focus on the computer industry's failure to respond
adequately to potential Y2K conflicts in computer hardware when it had
the chance. The program will feature Millennium 2K Solutions'
president, James Toner, discussing his analysis of the situation and
the need to address the real-time clock issue in Y2K testing and repair
efforts.

Mark Tippets, Intelliquis' vice president of sales, said the segment
gives the company an opportunity to showcase its technology.

"This news feature will validate the point Intelliquis has been making
since it introduced its Y2K test and repair technology -- testing and
repairing a computer's real-time clock is essential in bringing a
computer into full Y2K-compliance," Tippets said. "Intelliquis' stance
has been that the CMOS real-time clock is as important as the BIOS
clock in accessing and processing dates in applications and program
files, mainly because many programs bypass the BIOS and go directly to
the real-time clock for dates. Intelliquis' Y2K solution gives users
the ability to test and repair their CMOS clocks as well as their BIOS
clocks, software and operating systems."

The company's ISA-card solution, sold by Millennium 2K Solutions as the
M2000 Module, provides computer users with a permanent, virus-resistant
solution to the year 2000 problem. The card automatically repairs a
computer's real-time clock and BIOS from its two-digit date format to a
Y2K-compliant, four-digit date. The M2000 Module resolves potential Y2K
conflicts on all critical levels of a PC's hardware by automatically
redirecting a computer's hardware from its faulty two-digit year
real-time clock to a corrected, Y2K-compliant four-digit year real-time
clock.

Intelliquis' IntelliFIX 2000 test and repair software includes a
self-booting utility for diagnosing and repairing all levels of impact
in PC hardware, including BIOS and CMOS real-time clock. IntelliFIX
2000 also includes software for testing and repairing a PC's operating
system, which includes DOS and Windows 3.1/95/98/NT, and also scans and
repairs application conflicts. The data scan feature included in
IntelliFIX 2000 scans spreadsheet and database files for potential
two-digit date problems and repairs them by automatically converting
them to a Y2K-compliant four-digit date. The program scans and repairs
most files in dBase, FoxPro, C, C++, Pascal Delphi, Lotus 1-2-3,
Clipper, Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and other programs.

Intelliquis' Y2K technology recently received a Level 5 rating in
Solace Consultancy's Millennium Test report -- the highest possible
rating in the report and the only product tested that received the
Level 5 designation. Intelliquis' products can be found in a variety of
retail outlets, including Staples (Nasdaq: SPLS), CompUSA ( NYSE: CPU),
Beyond.com (Nasdaq: BYND), Digital River (Nasdaq: DRIV), Micro Center,
Fry's Electronics, Egghead.com (Nasdaq: EGGS), Hastings Books and
OfficeMax (NYSE: OMX). Intelliquis IntelliFIX 2000 version 5.0 is now
distributed to resellers through Ingram Micro (NYSE: IM) and Navarre
(Nasdaq: NAVR) and through direct channels.
