Hello Sonki. Well. Back to the same old stuff. We are staying out late getting together with friends.

You may want to wait a little before buying tomorrow. It looks like there will be more selling in the morning. Globex does not look too great at this time.

Yes. Who needs enemies when you have friends like Ballmer shooting the breeze. Nothing better out there then having a President of a company jumping on his shareholders back. I wonder if he is looking for a job as an analyst. He is doing a great job. gg. I wonder if he could have been a bit more outspoken. Good thing I don't own Msft right now.

Yes. I think AOL will be alright in the long run. At least I hope so.

I listened to Drew Peck after the market closed. He did not sound too bad. I think he was a bit surprised on how his cautious words were taken. He mentioned that he had not changed his mind on the techs. He just thought that there could be a cpl of weeks of delay with those chips and the next qtr could be a little flat. Nothing to be excited about. He just thought that some of the Semis could be slow for a cpl of weeks due to the problem in Taiwan. And he actually mentioned that not all cos. will be affected. One of those is TXN. I think he felt that today was overdone but I guess we all know that Wallstreet is sooo short term oriented that even a cpl of weeks delay will put the fear in those guys bones. BTW, I don't think he said anything about those Motherboards from Intel in that interview I listened to. I will have to check this out again. I don't even know if those things are made in Taiwan.

About this internet basket from MER. I think I already own half of that basket. gg. AOL, Yahoo, Amzn, RNWK, CNET, PSIX and I am sure there are a cpl more. I have Vrsn but am not sure if that's in that basket. I have not seen all of the stocks MER has in that HHH thing. But you are right. That Amex basket could be interesting. But today those stocks did not do too great. Sigh.

I guess I'd better check out the rest of the messages.
