When will it get full power? We don't know, and neither do they. We have to understand that the chip is only part of the whole. An article relating to Apple said that the plant that makes the power supples is a wreck. Cube's chips go into boxes. Those boxes are make of many parts from many plants. Ref. today's article on Intel. They're going to have motherboard problems. And with just in time delivery there isn't much backlog. The system will grind to a hault and then ever so slowly pick up again. Oh, yeah, and don't forget about that Y2K thing hanging over our heads. God knows what the quake has done to their computer systems."
