FWIW, from a research report this morning: Unisys' services relationship with Dell has now been officially constrained with Dell announcing a multibillion dollar multiyear agreement under which IBM will provide break/fix and other maintenance services on a resell basis to Dell customers. Dell is now using three on-site services partners ? IBM, Unisys, and WANG. This development is hardly material for Unisys, estimated at under $100 million annually in revenue, but is a psychological negative given the high profile that the contract had gained last year. Michael BTW, this along with profit taking probably accounts for most of last weeks retrenchment from UIS' all-time high. Although, with DELL's announcement being made public yesterday and UIS gaining 1 1/16 NOT much is being made of its impact on UIS.
