While we are discussing the stock of fcm, in your post, you refer to the shorting of shares and that the investor cannot short shares "up to two years after his purchase." Now I know that you are an attorney, because it states that detail on your profile page, yet with that type of training and background you failed to look at the fine print of this transaction, that this investor's "Broker-Dealer" can legally short sell shares of this stock.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
The sale of the shares may be effected through one or more of the following methods: (i) ordinary brokers' transactions, which may include long or short sales; (ii) transactions involving cross or block trades or otherwise on the American Stock Exchange; (iii) purchases by brokers, dealers or underwriters as principal and resale by such purchasers for their own accounts pursuant to this prospectus; (iv) "at the market" to or through market makers or into established trading markets, including direct sales to purchasers or sales effected through agents; and <b.(v) any combination of the foregoing, or by any other legally available means. In addition, the selling shareholder may enter into hedging transactions with broker-dealers who may engage in short sales in the course of hedging the position they assume with the selling shareholder. The selling shareholder also may enter into option or other transactions with broker-dealers that require the delivery by such broker-dealers of the shares, which shares may be resold thereafter pursuant to this prospectus. We cannot be certain that all or any of the shares will be sold by the selling shareholder.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

The above specifically gives the right to short sell shares by this investor's agent, in fact he can use any legal hedging transactions.

Incidentally, are you still able to access this information on intrine.com, this company intrine, has been somewhat of a thorn in fcm's side ever since they seemingly disappeared, without ever getting their website operating. If you recall, this was after an announcement that indeed they did sign a contract with fcm. I did call the number below, and the person that answered had never heard of either company before. perhaps some further digging should be done to see if anyone can now locate this company ??? It would seem at times you have been very thorough in your research, as your information on intrine.com below shows in addition to other items that you researched quite well. However, I am surprised that you never followed up on this intrine "thorn" shall we call it, after they disappeared ??????

Dana Topping's Intelinet is a dba of Danadam, Inc., a California corporation. Since Intrine is supposed to be Intelinet under another name, I assume Intrine is another dba. Danadam is based in Saratoga, CA, a Silicon Valley suburb of San Jose.

WILD GUESS: I found at least one other company doing business as "Intrine." Perhaps Topping is in the process of changing names yet again, and thus the delay in getting the web page up?

More for the Intrine bloodhounds: I called directory assistance and got a number for Intrine in Milpitas, CA (408-383-0300). When I called (at 11:45 p.m.), the recording answered for "Intelinet corporate headquarters."

Why am I doing this? Are Dave and Jay really that bad tonight? ggg

Hi Counselor brummitt,

Do you still have the any desire to post personal information on anyone talking negative about fcm ? Or perhaps you can explain why the stock is now on sale for three to five cents a share.

The bottom line is those who posted information warning about fcm have always been right. How's that CEO buddy of yours doing whose messages allude to taking negative posters to court ? Oh I forgot to mention that he was defending his shareholders ( while he fleeced them that is ). This stock and company turned out to be exactly what it always was, a scam.

Colocate with Worldcom while you sell a million shares.

I wonder how much your other buddy baughman made on his scamming from this stock ? When will it be delisted.

I am so curious counselor,

As the melodrama of fcm plays out I am curious what part of this scam you may have played. It is interesting isn't it.

How is the scamster baughman doing ?

Hi Daine, Valuespec and most importantly, Counselor Brummit,

How have both of you been ? It looks like one of frank the crook partners is going to jail.

ragingbull.lycos.com

By the way, I think frank is going to make one last effort to revive this long running scam, as he has just recently filed last years annual report. From this filing you would have to assume he is attempting to get listed again for the final pump and dump. I guess he still has a boatload of shares he didn't sell when peter buswell and him were showing all that executive confidence and buying shares. If you remember, at the time that is what one of his lying press release's said. We can only hope that he and some of his cronies are next in line for a jail cell.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention the numerous lawsuits, it seems he is getting sued from a few different corporations. The only difference is this time he can't trade shares for attorney's fees. So it will be interesting how he deals with defending these lawsuits. It's hard to believe how long this scam has lasted.

Best regards to Daine & Valuespec,

Tom
